Our Philosophy

We are focused on finding our way back home through rediscovering connection, purpose and meaning

Back on Track values sacred space(s) where you can just be you with nothing to prove and give voice to the hidden, unexpressed parts of ourselves.

It is a safe community where you can practice suspending mistrust until trust can be earnt and shared with others - vulnerability will be celebrated and normalised.

​

Placing emphasis on the importance of being present with little to no distractions of the modern world; BOT is where you can be still, go deep and find balance in the being and doing.

 

We are not a seven-star deluxe boutique health and fitness spa, though with boundaries observed it may sometimes resemble one!

Empathy Without Boundaries Is Futile

Unconditional love should not by default mean unconditional tolerance. Setting and maintaining boundaries is important, not least because they help individuals to heighten levels of self-respect, boost self-esteem and are vital for

continued personal growth 

 

Boundaries also help to improve relationships within the community and act as the guidelines we all work toward; maintaining at core, the interconnection between the health of each other and the planet

Bringing You Into Balance

We are not concerned with weight loss, fad diets or exercising for image or aesthetics. We are going to train you on all planes from the inside out - starting with the depleted parts to bring you into balance.

 

It is a place to come and be; to move your body because you want to nurture it, not because you want to change it. By slowing down with mindful activities, connecting to your breath and focusing on compassion for all sentient beings, you will create a space for deeper intuition to emerge by proxy.

Only then will you begin to feel and look better - we get fit in the rest periods and on the way to and from therapy.

GREAT THINGS HAPPEN FROM THE INSIDE

INWARD ADVENTURE

At the end of the day you can eat all of the kale, drink the alkaline water, take the supplements, do pilates and hit the gym; but if you don’t properly deal with the stuff going on in your heart and mind, you’re still going to be unhealthy.

 

We are focused on finding our way back home, through rediscovering connection, purpose and meaning. It may appear self-indulgent to take time out, to meditate and reflect but investing in ourselves is investing in all of us - great things happen from the inside.

LEARNING FROM NATURE

We are looking to go deep into the core of ourselves and mother earth to strip down, annihilate the ego and reconcile the wounded masculine in us all. We deal with these core issues by spiritualising with hands and feet in the soil, somatically listening through and to our wondrous body wisdom and communing

 

Learning from nature not to be scared and realise we are all interconnected and working together - we can’t be well until we all are. Recognising we have independent and interdependent needs, uses and equal value.
