For full body capability, advancing your movement skills and injury resilience over the long term. The key is varied playful movements

This is a call to play, break your routines, get gently out of breath, disrupt your stuck unuseful patterns and bring your body into re alignment with primal movement that feeds the parts of the body that need it first
Every marathon starts with a single step, a one degree shift becomes 360 eventually, give yourself a chance, the first steps the hardest, ostensibly after that it’s like falling down hill!!
